The hot steady growth inside the legal jobs market is excellent news for law graduates. Experts are suggesting, however, that graduates who desire to get ahead specialize in a specific area of law to secure the ideal position possible and increase their employability.
Angus MacGregor, human resources director on the law firm Eversheds, says his company’s offices in London think about specific areas similar to banking, corporate and fiscal services litigation.
